Virtual Physiotherapy
Since the outbreak of the COVID19 pandemic we at The Complete Physio Clinic saw the need to provide people with the option to avail of our services from the safety of their own home. Due to the incredible success of our virtual service at the height of the crisis, it has led us to make it a permanent fixture.
Video Consultations have been seen to be an effective and safe way of providing high quality physiotherapy treatment, which is delivered in a slightly different way when compared to traditional face-to-face therapy.
How it works and what to expect from Virtual Physio Session:
Don’t panic it’s extremely easy process and you don’t have to be an IT Expert to set it up!
On the day of your appointment, we will send you a link via email to attend a zoom session. The appointment can take place via phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer as long as the device has Internet/Wi-Fi capabilities and most importantly a camera and microphone. You will need a quiet space to allow us chat which in some cases can be hard to come by with young families running around.
The format of your appointment is similar to a face-to-face consultation in so far as its structure; a comprehensive discussion about your injury, followed by very specific clinical examination and finally your bespoke physio’s treatment

Massage incorporates the use of various techniques to facilitate muscular release and relaxation, through the process of increased blood flow, stimulation or down regulating of the nervous system.
