How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy! You can book online [here], call us on 0333 006 5131, or email bookings@thecompletephysioclinic.co.uk â weâll get you scheduled in no time.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed â you can just book directly. If youâre coming via a consultant or insurance provider, weâll take care of all the details for you.
Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?
We keep a few appointments available each day for urgent needs. Just give us a call, and weâll do our best to fit you in.
How long is a typical physiotherapy session?
Most sessions last around 30 minutes, giving your physio plenty of time to assess, treat, and discuss your recovery plan.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Of course! Just call us on 0333 006 5131 and let us know as soon as possible, and weâll help you reschedule at a convenient time. Please note, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy â sessions cancelled with less than 24 hoursâ notice may be subject to a charge.
Treatment & Care
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. If your appointment is for a lower limb issue, shorts are recommended for a thorough assessment. Female clients are advised to wear a sports bra for upper body assessments.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, post-surgery recovery needs, and more. If youâre unsure, just ask â weâre happy to advise.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
Your physio will assess your condition, discuss your goals, and create a tailored treatment plan. Weâll guide you through every step to make sure you feel comfortable and supported.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your condition and goals. Your physio will discuss a plan with you after your initial assessment and adjust it as you progress.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes, we can offer virtual sessions – just get in touch to see what works best for you.
Insurance & Payments
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, weâre registered with all major health insurance providers; AVIVA, AXA, BUPA, CIGNA, HCML, HEALIX, NUFFIELD, OPM, VITALITY, SIMPLY HEALTH and WPA. If your provider isnât listed, let us know and weâll see how we can help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, bank transfers, and cash â whichever is easiest for you.
Are your services covered by NHS or private insurance?
Weâre not currently affiliated with the NHS, but youâre absolutely welcome to visit us privately. We offer flexible self-pay options and work with all major private insurance providers.

What qualifications do your physiotherapists have?
Our team is made up of highly qualified physiotherapists with advanced training and specialist expertise in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Every member of our team is a Chartered Physiotherapist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). You can feel confident knowing youâre in the hands of experienced professionals dedicated to helping you move and feel your best.
Can I request a specific physio?
Absolutely! Just let us know when booking, and weâll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you provide exercise plans or home exercises?
Yes! Your physio will give you exercises tailored to your condition to support your recovery between sessions.
Can I bring a friend or family member to my appointment?
Yes, youâre welcome to bring someone along if it helps you feel more comfortable.
Is parking available at the clinic?
Yes, we have on-site parking available for patients at both our clinic sites.
What should I do if my condition worsens between appointments?
If your symptoms get worse, contact us as soon as possible. Weâll advise on the next steps and can arrange an urgent appointment if needed.
