At The Complete Physio Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and professionally. To maintain this standard, the following terms apply to all patients:
  • Payment Responsibility All patients are responsible for the payment of fees for services provided.
  • Credit/Debit Card on File As part of our policy, all patients must provide a valid credit or debit card, which will be securely stored via Stripe. This procedure is standard practice and is similar to booking a hotel or hiring a vehicle.
  • Insurance Claims If you wish for us to bill your health insurer (e.g., BUPA, AVIVA), you must provide full policy details and obtain claim pre-authorisation prior to your appointment. Patients are responsible for verifying coverage with their insurance provider. Any outstanding balance (including excess in your policy) not covered by your insurer must be paid in full within 30 days of your appointment.
  • Appointment Changes and Cancellations We are happy to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Please note that physiotherapy appointments are time-sensitive and reserved specifically for you; late arrivals or non-attendance prevent us from offering care to other patients and cannot be refunded.
  • Acknowledgement By booking an appointment with The Complete Physio Clinic, you agree to these terms and conditions and accept responsibility for payment of any outstanding fees.
